Are you a personable, flexible, and motivated individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Our client is seeking a Medical Admin Assistant to provide vital support to our Medical Secretaries, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filing, archiving, and photocopying documents
- Minute-taking for meetings as required
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings (both in-person and remotely)
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with governance standards
- Maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act and company policies
- Updating patient information within Priory database systems with accuracy
- Organizing and filing documentation to support financial auditing processes
What We're Looking For:
- GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills, with proficiency in standard office applications
- An understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
