As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and educational activities
- Support each child’s individual needs and development journey
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Encourage a love of learning through play-based experiences
- Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
- Keep up with daily observations and developmental records

What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years
- A true passion for working with children and helping them thrive
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable personality
- A creative, proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in!
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare regulations
- Previous nursery or childcare experience is a plus but not essential - we love nurturing talent!
