Sonic Summary

Our client, a well-established freight forwarder, is seeking an experienced transport planner to join their team.
The role involves allocating jobs to drivers, conducting driver debriefs, and managing subcontractors.
Key responsibilities also include transport and route planning, organizing MOTs and services, and updating the operations team on delays.
The position requires previous experience in transport planning and offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
The work schedule is 4 on 4 off nights, from 18:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

NEW POSITION - Working for a well established freight forwarder our client is seeking an experienced transport planner to join their team, the role will be varied and include the following duties:

- Allocating jobs to the drivers

- Driver debriefs

- Dealing with subcontractors

- Transport / route planning

- Organising MOT's / services

- Update drivers and keep operations (office) updated on any delays

- Customer services
