Nursery manager

Are you passionate about early years education and ready to lead a dedicated team? Our client, a well-established Early Years setting is seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager to join their team and create a nurturing environment for children to thrive.

• Work closely with a senior colleague to lead and manage the daily operations of the nursery
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies
• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
• Support, mentor, and develop staff to deliver high-quality care
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
• Manage nursery budgets, resources, and administrative tasks
• Strong EYFS knowledge

• NVQ Level 6 in Childcare (or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in a management role within a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for early years education
