My Client, a global manufacturing company based in Chelmsford are looking to appoint a HRBP to join their team. This role will focus on supporting your client group through business partnering and delivering HR initiatives in line with the People Plan.There will be an expectation to be present and seen on site five days per week.Job Description:

  • Drive performance and to create a culture where people thrive. You will report into the HR Director and deliver HR initiatives in line with the People Plan.
  • This is a true generalist role, and you should have experience in the all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent, organisational development, employee engagement and ER.
  • You will also partner senior stakeholders in the business.

Experience:

  • You will be a strong and credible business partner with experience working in a complex business and navigating ambiguity.
  • You will be commercially astute with a people centred approach using data to support your decisions. You will be inquisitive and keen to understand themes that arise when supporting your business areas, and look to drive performance by empowering your stakeholders, and by the initiatives you deliver.
  • You will have previous experience successfully supporting cultural change.
