HR Business Partner - ChelmsfordBased on-site Monday-Friday£55,000-£60,000  We are representing our client in their search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is your chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of a leading organisation.The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering a wide range of consultative and HR support services to business leaders and employees across the Chelmsford site.A key part of the role will be delivery of HR related projects, such as organisational restructures and associated change management activities. This is a ‘hands-on’ role where you will need to straddle both the strategic and operation aspects of HR. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted partner to operational teams, providing expert guidance on all HR matters.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management concerns.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop appropriate action plans and provide coaching on employee-related issues.
  • Play an active role in the recruitment and selection processes.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees and managers on various HR-related topics.
  • Stay updated with employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary policy changes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 5 
  • Proven experience of delivering HR projects as a HR Business Partner.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong experience in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HRIS software (Workday an advantage)
