Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: ChelmsfordSalary: £65,000Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-BasedAbout the Role:JGA are partnering with a leading engineering business, seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will partner directly with the VP and their team of directors, providing expert HR guidance and support at a strategic level. You will also work closely with the HR Director and two HR Coordinators, playing a key role in driving HR initiatives across the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Business partnering with senior leaders to identify and address HR needs.
  • Managing complex Employee Relations (ER) cases with a hands-on approach.
  • Translating business needs into effective HR solutions and executing these solutions.
  • Coaching managers and employees on HR best practices.
  • Refining and standardizing HR policies, processes, and communications.
  • Interpreting and analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Championing change and embedding best practices within a fast-paced environment.
  • Balancing strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases.
  • Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, or Utilities is highly desirable.
