- Interpreting and analysing HR data to inform decision-making.
- Championing change and embedding best practices within a fast-paced environment.
- Balancing strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations, capable of handling complex cases.
- Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
- Experience in industries such as Engineering, Construction, or Utilities is highly desirable.
