Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Salary: 25,000 p.a.
Hours: Full time (3 month fixed term)
Location: Chelmsford
Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to offer an exciting Accounts Administrator role within a very successful construction company based in Chelmsford. This role would be reporting direct to the Financial Controller and would be mainly supporting the purchase ledger team with all aspects of accounts administration. This is a 3 month fixed term contract and would be full time working hours.
Main areas of responsibility:
- Matching up Goods Received Notes from deliveries and invoices
- Uploading relevant document to their internal system
- Accepting and handling incoming phone calls
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing post
- Liaising with suppliers and dealing with queries
- Monitoring company emails and dealing with appropriately
- Administration tasks such as document scanning, filing and uploading
- Taking on any ad hoc accounts administration duties as they arise
Required Skills & Desired Experience:
- Able to work to and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- An assertive and proactive individual
- Team player but able to work well on your own with little supervision
