Duties include

  • Processing sales orders
  • Raising invoices, proforma invoices & dispatch notes
  • Managing the progress of the order via an Excel spreadsheet
  • Processing credit requests
  • Receiving credit card payments
  • Keeping client contact information up to date on the client database ( CRM) system
  • Arranging deliveries, liaising with couriers
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Managing the enquiries log in Excel
  • Process information on SAGE
  • Screening incoming calls and enquires
  • Looking after stationery orders and stock levels.
