As a pivotal member of our clients’ customer service department, you will be overseeing quotations, providing exceptional administrative support, keeping reports up-to-date, and using your problem-solving skills to address queries and challenges that arise. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of administrative experience, technical savvy, and a customer-focused mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and manage accurate and timely customer quotations.

- Offer administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

- Maintain and update various reports related to customer queries, service performance, and system data.
