**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and manage accurate and timely customer quotations.
- Offer administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain and update various reports related to customer queries, service performance, and system data.
- Analyse customer problems, working closely with the technical team to identify solutions and communicate them effectively to customers.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Utilise a range of software systems to record, track, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
