THE ROLE
- Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget
- Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements
- Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
- Marketing, training and mentoring staff
- Working towards targets
- Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team
- An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice
- Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism
- Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
