We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Chelmsford, starting from January 2025. As an MFL Teacher, you will be instrumental in inspiring a love of languages among students and helping them develop the skills to communicate effectively in a globalized world. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives by broadening their cultural understanding and linguistic abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adapting lessons as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the MFL department and participate in extracurricular activities.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to support students' language learning journeys.

In your role as an MFL Teacher, you will also work collaboratively with other members of the Modern Foreign Languages department, participate in extracurricular activities to enhance language learning, and communicate effectively with both students and parents.
