To succeed as an SEMH Teacher, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience working with students with SEMH needs in a school setting.
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and resilience.
- Be adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting vulnerable students.
- Have a solid understanding of SEN frameworks and inclusive teaching strategies.
