Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls across various cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage employee data, tax records, and statutory documentation.
- Handle employee benefits, including pensions and deductions.
- Resolve client payroll and tax inquiries with excellent service.
About you:
- Experience with Microsoft office and payroll software; BrightPay knowledge is a plus (training provided).
- Familiarity with HMRC regulations and Pension Auto Enrolment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well-organised, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently or within a team.
