Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payrolls across various cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage employee data, tax records, and statutory documentation.
  • Handle employee benefits, including pensions and deductions.
  • Resolve client payroll and tax inquiries with excellent service.

About you:

  • Experience with Microsoft office and payroll software; BrightPay knowledge is a plus (training provided).
  • Familiarity with HMRC regulations and Pension Auto Enrolment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Well-organised, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently or within a team.
