Job Title: Administrator Childrens Residential Services

Introduction:
We are looking for an Administrator Childrens Residential Services to join a well-established company and a dedicated team. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, including staff files, rotas, and childrens case files.

  • Support Ofsted inspection readiness with timely and compliant documentation.

  • Assist in report writing, correspondence drafting, and internal audits.

  • Handle petty cash and reconcile receipts; monitor expenditure against budgets.

  • Maintain HR records including attendance, absence, and recruitment documents.

  • Act as first point of contact for calls, emails, visitors, and manage communication logs.

  • Manage office supplies and liaise with contractors for repairs and safety checks.

  • Ensure IT systems are updated; liaise with IT support for troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and data protection protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within social care, education, or healthcare.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and database management.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Financial competence in petty cash and basic budget tracking.

  • Excellent attention to detail and high professional discretion.

  • Understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance is desirable.

  • Valid UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel locally if required.
