Are you an experienced teacher or a passionate educator looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are currently seeking dynamic Supply Teachers to join our team in Chelmsford!

Position: Day-to-Day Supply Teacher

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Pay: £130 - £140 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:15 PM (standard school hours)

Contract: Flexible - choose the days you work! Potential for longer-term bookings with enhanced rates if you have a subject specialism.

About the Role:

As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher, you'll step into classrooms to cover lessons across various subjects. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the variety of working in different school environments and is looking for flexibility around their working hours.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced in the Classroom: You'll need previous teaching experience and a relevant degree to hit the ground running.

- Flexible and Adaptable: Choose the days that suit you, with the potential for more regular, long-term bookings in your subject specialism.

- Engaging Educator: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to connect with students.

- Qualifications: While QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable, it's not essential if you have relevant teaching experience and qualifications.
