Role Overview:As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will provide classroom cover for primary-aged students across various schools. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining classroom behavior, and ensuring that students continue their learning journey in the absence of the regular teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons as per the teacher's lesson plan, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Ensure that all students are supported in their learning, offering guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any concerns to the school as necessary.
• Work with school staff to ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
• Adapt lessons to meet the varying needs of students in the class.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential).
• Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to step into new environments and handle different class dynamics.
