Project Manager

re you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong construction background and a proven track record of delivering successful projects from ground-up blockwork to internal fit-out?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis until February 2026. This project involves the construction of a new building, encompassing both blockwork construction and subsequent internal fit-out works.

This is your opportunity to:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project, from initial groundworks and blockwork construction through to internal fit-out completion.
• Oversee a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring a secure site for all.
• Collaborate with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring timely completion of the project and minimizing disruptions.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained throughout the project.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects, with a strong understanding of both blockwork construction and internal fit-out processes.
• Experience managing projects from ground-up construction through to completion, ideally with a focus on commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
• A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering a safe and efficient work environment.
