My client, a market-leading independent agency, based in Chelmsford is looking for a driven individual to join their team as a Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer. The successful Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £20,000 Basic Salary
- £35,000+ OTE
- Individual Commission Structure
- Car Allowance
Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer requirements:
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Driven individual with a desire to succeed
- Must possess a full UK driver's license and access to own car
- Experience working within agency as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent
The main duties for the Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer will include:
- Booking and attending Market Appraisals
- Booking and attending viewings
- Negotiating Offers
- General Administration
