A great opportunity to join a reputable Estate Agency in Chelmsford, their are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their friendly team.

Duties of the role:

路Ensuring tenant arrears are kept to a minimum路Active collection of outstanding rent路Dealing with maintenance issues with Tenants/Leaseholds on the phone and in person路Site visits to properties to carry out inspection, pre tenancy handover, dealing with disrepair issues路Organise schedule of works路Diarising, organising and negotiating lease and rent renewals路Responsibility for portfolio , gas certificates, ensuring correct level of cover, obtaining competitive quotes路Dealing with deposit registration, release and disputes administration路Dealing with tenant referencing路Working closely with maintenance team and contractors路Preparing tenancy agreement, statutory notice and complying with all current legislation at the outset of a tenancy agreement路Ensuring Portfolio complies with current Health and Safety Regulations路Arranging check in and check out inventories as needed

Key attributes and qualities within a successful applicant:

路Experience in Property Management路Excellent written and communication skills路Driving Licence (to visit managed portfolio)路An excellent understanding of property legislation路Ability to work under pressure路Good time management and organisation skills路Positive attitude, assertive and confident in their ability

Salary 拢25,000 - 拢33,000 pa depending on experiencePlus 拢2,000pa bonus/commission

Hours Monday - Friday
