Your key duties will be to work in partnership with the Operations team, auditing the process to ensure food safety and compliance standards are delivered, involved in process and raw material duties to ensure that they happen in a time efficient and seamless manner.
This covers all aspects such as process paperwork, systems, packaging, quality, and training.
-Support QMS in line with third party accreditation & HACCP standards and ability to drive standards and an advocate of food safety and quality culture.
- Retaining the high standards set amongst customers and working within the required timescales
- Support with auditing on site raw materials and following the process from activity on the factory floor to finished product
- Reduction of quality failures, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)
- Perceptive approach to new ideas and projects
- Ensuring all documentation and records are completed and up to date
- Strong support role in on site audits and the go to member in technical on shift
Experience working within Food manufacturing is required as well exposure to a fast paced/chilled environment is preferred
Your role will involve liaising with various departments across the site, good communication skills at all levels is essential.
This is a group role and involves some travel to sites.
