Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Civils

Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Civils/Groundworks experience required for an Essex Main Contractor. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced team, working closely with the Construction Director. The role will suit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor looking for a role in the civils division of an award winning company. Assistant Quantity Surveyors who have experience on groundworks/civils schemes for main contractors or sub-contractors are well suited to this role. Projects for this business are typically new build residential, ranging from 2/3/4 bed traditional built houses to multi storey apartment blocks. All projects are situated in the Essex region.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Key Skills

• Civils/Groundworks experience
• Recent hands-on commercial experience
• Suitable to a Junior/Trainee Quantity Surveyor or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Car Allowance
• Bonus
