Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 starting salary
Job type: Permanent part-time (25 hours / week)
Oxbury is a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors looking to recruit a versatile Administrator to take on a very varied role. You’ll provide secretarial and administrative support to a small team of Surveyors and will look after the day-to-day facilities management. In addition, you will support the Quality Assurance (ISO9001) work across the Company and will be responsible for occasional Events Management and some Marketing. You will have plenty of autonomy to organise your time and workload, and the opportunity to be creative and to improve systems and processes as required. You can see a full job description on our website (url removed).
You’ll be joining a friendly and ethical company that has been delivering high quality services to our clients for more than 30 years. We offer an excellent salary and benefits package, relaxed and flexible working conditions, and a focus on staff development and personal aspirations.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills both face-to-face and on the telephone.
- Have a high standard of written and spoken English and be numerate.
- Experience organising meetings and small events.
- Flexibility and a willingness to take on other tasks as required
- If you have knowledge of, or experience working with, Quality Assurance systems that would be ideal, but is not essential as full training can be given.
- We support our clients to build everything from carbon-neutral social housing and schools; through to prestige-brand manufacturing facilities and cutting-edge high-tech developments. So an interest in or knowledge of construction, property or housing would be beneficial.
Benefits:
