The Project Quantity Surveyor RoleAs a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll become part of a close-knit team of 10 professionals working with an impressive portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors. From bespoke residential dwellings and estate regeneration schemes to commercial offices, industrial builds, education, leisure, and infrastructure projects, no two days will be the same.

You'll gain exposure to projects ranging from £50,000 to £100m+, from new builds to major refurbishments, and often as part of larger phased developments. Your work will begin at the earliest stages of each scheme, supporting viability studies, land acquisitions, options appraisals, detailed designs, and procurement through to construction completion.

Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you'll also collaborate closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors, Managers, and Directors to deliver exceptional results for clients. This is an ideal role for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor seeking mentorship, guidance, and a clear path to rapid progression into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Strong Pre and Post Contract experience
  • The ability to successfully lead projects from inception to completion
  • MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards
