What you will be doing:
- Number 2 to a lead Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Responsible for procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
- Preparing CVR's
- Will be overseeing and mentoring junior staff
This well established contractor is looking for:
- At least 3+ years experience working within a QS position, for a main contractor business
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic
- Team Player
- Driven
Role: Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Essex
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Upto 65k - Negotiable and additional package
