They have 6 offices in the UK but you will be based in the Essex office. Some of the sites locations include Norwich, Ipswich, and Ashford. Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing upstream and downstream process
- Handle CVR's
- Final Accounts
- Checking monthly valuations
- Negotiating tenders
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Live within commutable distance to Brentwood
- Experience leading traditional housing projects
- Degree in a construction related subject is ideal
