Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a negotiator and possess strong ambition and self-motivation.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £20,000 with On Target Earnings of £28,000.
Employees will enjoy 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and a 5-day work week with specific working hours.
Key responsibilities include negotiating offers, marketing updates to landlords, and attending viewings.

Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Lettings Negotiator to their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be driven and have experience working as a negotiator

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Up to £20,000 basic salary
£28,000 On Target Earnings
28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
5 Day Work Week

Working Hours:

Mondays – Friday | 09:00 – 17:30
Saturday’s | 09:00 – 16:00 | 3 out of 4 | lieu day in week.

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a negotiator
Ability to work within a team
Ambition
Self-motivated

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

Successfully Negotiating offers
Calling out new properties to potential tenants
Marketing updates to Landlords
Attending and booking Viewings
Booking Valuations
Relaying post viewing feedback
