Our client is a successful independent estate agency that is recruiting for their well-established branch in Chelmsford. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join the busy team based West of Chelmsford.
Working hours:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister, you will be required to working full time
The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary plus commission OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped)
- Company car or generous car allowance
- End of year bonus

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience with a proven track record in winning instructions.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Target driven and dynamic
- Full UK driving license
Key duties of a Senior Sales Negotiator will include:
- Book and complete viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Sales Progression
- Arranging and conducting valuations
- Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email, or face to face.
