Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the database
- Arranging all appointments
- Discussing valuations
- Actively looking for potential new listings
- Building relationships with vendors and ensure they are updated throughout the full sales process
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months estate agency experience
- Demonstratable experience of working within a target driven environment.
- A proactive nature and proven successful sales track record
- Previous experience of building relationships
- A problem-solving mindset
- Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
