My client is looking for a number of Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team, they are a lovely team and looking for someone who want to join that. Ideal candidate will have some business/ office experience but keen to build a career within Estate agency.

Duties:

  • Liaising with potential new tenants
  • Understand individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent
  • Good understanding of the property portfolio
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
