Lettings Manager Overview:

As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for growing the property portfolio, winning new business, and providing outstanding customer service in the Essex area.Lettings Manager Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market appraisals and property valuations
Negotiate prices with landlords to expand the property portfolio
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
Attend property valuations and generate new business opportunities
Support the branch in maximising profit and growth

Lettings Manager Qualifications and Skills:

Considerable estate agency experience, specifically lettings
Strong communication and negotiation skills
