Exciting Opportunity for a Property ManagerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join a well-established residential lettings team. Key Duties:
  • Handle maintenance-based queries from private tenants of managed properties via phone or email.
  • Report maintenance issues to approved contractors and arrange access for quotes or repairs.
  • Communicate regularly with landlords to provide updates on the resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records within the internal database, detailing all communications and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with local lettings branches and internal teams to manage properties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within residential lettings or property management is essential.
  • A natural problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to maintenance issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A confident and professional demeanour with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • IT proficiency, including familiarity with standard MS Office applications.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Full-time salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), including basic salary and bonuses.
Training:
  • Comprehensive training will be provided initially, as well as ongoing development in line with experience.
  • Professional accreditations can also be obtained, with the full cost of relevant courses funded.
