- Proven experience within residential lettings or property management is essential.
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to maintenance issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A confident and professional demeanour with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- IT proficiency, including familiarity with standard MS Office applications.
- Full-time salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), including basic salary and bonuses.
- Comprehensive training will be provided initially, as well as ongoing development in line with experience.
- Professional accreditations can also be obtained, with the full cost of relevant courses funded.
