Duties:

  • Maintain daily communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors to address questions, repairs, complaints, and updates.
  • Coordinate daily with the Lettings team regarding ongoing issues.
  • Update specified areas of the property management database daily with all work activities.
  • Ensure contractors comply with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Update the CRM daily with maintenance issues and manage progress.
  • Handle general correspondence and report preparation.
  • Organise quotes for repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords and oversee the completion of works.
  • Negotiate deposit returns post check out.
  • Notify utility companies of tenancy start and end details.
  • Assist the Lettings Team with applicants, viewings, and other related tasks.
  • Occasional support to the team for property inspections.
