A respected independent estate agency in Chelmsford is seeking a Sales Valuer to join their growing team.
The position requires 5 days of work per week and offers a basic salary of up to £25,000.
Realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) can range between £40,000 and £50,000+, with uncapped potential.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping clients, and knowledge of the Chelmsford area.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred to effectively value properties and build relationships with buyers and sellers.

Working days:

As a Sales Valuer, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

Basic salary up to £25,000
Realistic On Target Earnings between £40,000 - £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped)

Strong Communication skills

The role of a Sales Valuer will involve the following:

Valuing properties and presenting advice to clients
Building and developing strong relationships with buyers and sellers
