We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Property Consultant to join our client's team in Harold Wood.

  • Duties (including but not limited to):
  • Building relationships with vendors and buyers to provide exceptional service.
  • Booking appointments and undertaking viewings with prospective buyers
  • Negotiating and facilitating the offer process
  • Canvassing to identify potential new business
  • Work closely with other departments to maximise opportunities to cross-sell other products

Requirements:

Essential

  • Full UK Driving License and have use of your own vehicle
  • Self motivated and target driven
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a customer service focused role

Desirable

  • Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
