We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Property Consultant to join our client's team in Harold Wood.

£32,500 to £35,000 per annum, OTE

- Duties (including but not limited to):
- Building relationships with vendors and buyers to provide exceptional service.
- Booking appointments and undertaking viewings with prospective buyers
- Negotiating and facilitating the offer process
- Canvassing to identify potential new business
- Work closely with other departments to maximise opportunities to cross-sell other products
Requirements:
Essential
- Full UK Driving License and have use of your own vehicle
- Self motivated and target driven
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service focused role
Desirable
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential
