As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage every aspect of the recruitment cycle. From sourcing and engaging candidates to developing strong client relationships, you will act as a pivotal point of contact for all recruitment needs. Key responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best matches for client requirements.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Manage the entire recruitment process, including arranging interviews, handling feedback, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful placements.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide value-added insights to clients and candidates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal and team performance targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the company’s CRM system.
