The Role
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in sourcing and recruiting candidates for NHS and private healthcare providers.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by building relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring both candidates and clients have a positive experience.
  • Managing and updating candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Learning about the recruitment process and developing your skills in candidate screening, interview coordination, and more.

Key Attributes Were Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for learning and developing in a recruitment career.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus, but not essential.
