Kingswood Group are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant for a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a largely standalone position, where you will manage a well established recruitment function and continually seek new opportunities for the business.

We are a small, experienced team based in Essex with a wide range of clients who we have worked with for a number of years. We are experts in understanding the end-to-end recruitment process, advising our clients on the job/candidate market and delivering quality candidates. 

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • Proven recruitment experience, gained within an agency environment
  • Experience sourcing candidates for Professional Services roles including HR
  • Expertise in managing internal and external stakeholders, influencing and advising.
  • The ability to be a self-starter and highly motivated in your work.
  • Experience in developing business opportunities, attending networking events and creating/building relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, managing multiple vacancies, arranging interviews and keeping relevant parties updated
  • The ability to work autonomously

This is a largely remote working role with some travel required for meetings and client visits in Essex and surrounding areas.
