Key responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to identify and engage with potential candidates using various tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and supporting experienced consultants in delivering tailored solutions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research.
Recruitment Cycle: Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and support the team by researching market opportunities and competitor activity.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions within the company’s CRM system.
