We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client's successful Hire and Sales team in Chelmsford. Our client is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Hire Controller.

As a Hire Controller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both face to face and over the phone. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the hire desk, and your main duties will include processing customer and supplier queries, preparing quotations, and completing hire contracts. Our client also values individuals who are process-driven, able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment and possess a hands-on approach. Being a team player is highly important, as you will be working closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth operations of the hire desk.

In return for your hard work and commitment, our client offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes access to a 24/7 employee Assistance Programme, a health cash plan, an excellent contributory company pension scheme, a long-service award, free on-site parking, an employee referral scheme, free life insurance, and generous annual leave.
