We are seeking a DevSecOps Development Manager for a hybrid position with an immediate start.
Technical and Professional Experience

Strong Technical Background:
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably with experience in migrating from on-premises to cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Leadership and Management Skills:
- Proven experience in managing small to mid-sized development teams.
- Ability to oversee and mentor the R&D Lead and their team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Strategic and Process-Oriented Mindset:
- Experience in creating and implementing long-term strategic plans, particularly in software development and deployment.
- Strong focus on process improvement and optimization.
Specific Responsibilities and Expectations

Oversight of CI/CD Migration:
- Experience overseeing large-scale CI/CD pipeline migrations, particularly consolidating multiple repositories into a single platform.
- Understanding of the challenges and best practices involved in such migrations.

Non-Coding Role:
- Although a strong technical background is necessary, this role will not involve day-to-day coding tasks.
- Ability to guide and manage the technical aspects of projects without direct coding involvement.

Logistical Considerations

On-Site Presence:
- Willingness to be on-site two days a week during the initial induction stage, and at least one day a week thereafter.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 7+ years in software development or DevSecOps roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and project management (PMP, Agile) are a plus.
