Highways Senior Key Account Manager
Salary: 拢45,000 - 拢55,000 plus package

Are you a strategic relationship-builder with a background in sales and account management within the construction or civil engineering sector?
One of the UK's most established and respected surfacing contractors is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join their dynamic commercial team in Chelmsford. What You'll Be Doing:
路Developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients across the UK
路Acting as the main point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
路Working cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Support) to deliver bespoke solutions
路Preparing and submitting tenders and quality submissions, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date
路Maintaining CRM records including key client contacts and communications
路Providing weekly pipeline forecasts to Regional Sales Management
路Supporting clients throughout bid processes and uncovering new business opportunities
路Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
