Pure are delighted to be working exclusively with a great organisation in Chelmsford looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.This is a fully office based role in a lovely working environment. This role will be 9-5pm with an hour for lunch and free parking.Job SpecificationYou will report into the Finance Manager:
  • Sales ledger invoicing
  • Raising credit notes
  • Posting sale return orders
  • Helping with purchase ledger invoicing in busy periods
  • Daily cash posting for receipts
  • Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Petty cash
  • Adhoc support to the credit control team
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Some experience with data processing
  • Experience using an accountancy package would be advantageous
  • Good excel experience and knowledge – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, formulas also advantageous
