Finance Assistant

We are seeking a Finance Assistant with a strong background in both accounts payable and receivable management, as well as financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Accounts Payable Management:
    • Verification and recording of supplier invoices.
    • Preparation and issuance of payments.
    • Monitoring payment deadlines and managing supplier relationships.
  • Accounts Receivable Management:
    • Issuing invoices to customers.
    • Monitoring incoming payments and managing customer relationships.
    • Following up on overdue payments.
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Analysis of financial discrepancies and proposing solutions.
  • Support to the Cost Controller:
    • Collaboration in the preparation of cost control reports.
    • Assistance in budget management and expenditure forecasts.
    • Participation in financial process improvement projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial management software.
  • Excellent command of Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
