An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join an existing finance team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant for our client based in Chelmsford.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting invoices accurately onto the system, maintaining a high level of attention to detail at all times.
  • Completing ad hoc duties to contribute to the efficient operation of the finance team.
  • Reconciling large supplier accounts to statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborating with various suppliers and departments across all levels of the business to facilitate effective communication.
