About Us:
We are a well-established school in Essex, dedicated to delivering a high-quality education that encourages students to excel in both language and literature. We are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team on a permanent basis, teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially A-Level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature.
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level exams.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to inspire a love of reading and writing.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and GCSE (A-Level experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
