Sonic Summary

Our client, a respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, is seeking a Branch Manager for their expanding firm.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, with a first-year OTE of £40,000 and a second-year OTE of £70,000.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in estate agency, including at least 2 years in a management role.
The role involves overseeing daily office management, developing staff, and winning market instructions.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with Saturdays required for 3 out of 4 weeks.

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

Upto £30,000 Basic
1st year OTE - £40,000
2nd Year OTE - £70,000

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
Saturday’s | 3 out of 4 | 09:00 – 16:00

Branch Manager requirements:

Over 5 years’ experience within estate agency and at least 2 years’ experience in a management role
Proven track record of winning instructions and driving branch’s market share
Fantastic Customer Service Skills
Team player
Ambitious and highly driven
Clean driving licence & own vehicle

As a Branch Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

Oversee the daily management of the office and the team
Develop staff
Attend market appraisal and win instructions for the branch
Help with supporting the staff in the full life cycle of estate agency.
