Children's Deputy Manager Role, South East 

 

We at Halcyon Care Essex, are excited to partner with a specialised children’s residential home in the South East of England. A successful family run organisation, currently with two homes and plans to undertake their third home. The services provided include children-centred residential care, equipped life transition and cognitive therapy, all handled by a team of qualified professionals which will ultimately prepare service users to be mature, independent and healthy young adults.

The Role

In this position as Deputy Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily planning and strategising to coordinate the internal projects of the organisation. You’ll also have the qualities and natural desire to work with young people, helping transform their lives and setting the foundations of an empowering journey ahead.

Requirements

You will be embraced for your individual qualities and accomplishments that you bring to the team. With this, you’ll be a success in this role with your in-depth understanding of implementing statutory regulations regarding children’s social care, under OFSTED’s standards. Along with other skills such as; children-centred care, leadership, communication and operational skills.

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
