Job Title: Store ManagerSalary: £30,000 per annumLocation: ChelmsfordFull Time: Full Time: Monday - Thursday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) and working either Friday or Sunday (rotational).37 ½ hours per week

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or a similar management role.
- Full driving license is essential.
- A strong passion for personal development and success.
- Experience in stock management, including hands-on replenishment, stock counts, and booking in stock.
- Supervisory skills and/or previous experience managing a small team.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain existing relationships and identify new sales and business development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development to increase sales and maximise profitability.
- Take full operational accountability for stock management, cash handling, and overall business performance to achieve targets.
- Lead and manage a team of six staff, inspiring and developing them to deliver outstanding results.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.
