Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them achieve their full potential? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team and make a real impact in schools across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support for students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist in small group interventions, helping students overcome learning barriers.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning strategies.
- Support students both in and out of the classroom, promoting inclusion and engagement.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
About You:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience working with students with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.
- Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Can work both 1:1 and with small groups to offer targeted intervention.
- Are flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
- Hold an up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or are willing to apply for one).
